10.Writing Daily Notes

When we are busy, we often forget to take the time to slow down and think about what truly matters to us the most. To take that time, I found out that, for me, writing every day helps tremendously. This “system” to write, helps me remind myself every day of who I am and who I want to become.

Write now I use a Muji A5 size notebook because the average amount of notes I write is about one page of this notebook. I used to type my daily entry on NOTION, but I changed back to writing. Writing instead of typing helps slow my thoughts down (because I can’t write that fast) and bring me back to the present.

When I wake up, I write down every thought inside my head. Goals, gratitude, determination, what excited me, what I don’t want to do, etc. After that, I feel more organized. Letting it all out helps me focus on studying. Then, I do the same thing before sleep.

In order to find out who we want to become, we have to truly know about ourselves first. As I’ve said before, developing this system helps us with that. I think it’s worth a try.
