There are 5 Phases when Creating a Business
1. EMPATHIZE:
Look through your customer’s perspective. Imagine what it’s like.

2. DEFINE:
What kind of friction exists in their world? Define the problem.
↓
3. IDEATE:
Think up as many ideas as possible.
↓
4. PROTOTYPE:
Converge to good ideas.
↓
5. TEST:
It doesn’t have to be perfect. Try it out. If it doesn’t, go back to STEP 3.
